Formed in 1994 as the educational affiliate of the Associated Builders and Contractors of Arkansas, the Arkansas Construction Education Foundation is the largest craft-training organization in Arkansas. Aimed at those who enjoy working with their hands while using their heads, the foundation’s primary goal is to satisfy the ever-growng demand for skilled craftsmen
