The Arno Profile System is built on the Theory of Temperament, NOT a personality test! The personality is shaped as a result of the way individuals are parented, the environment he or she grew up in and the circumstances and past experiences within that person’s life.
The goal of the A.P.S. is to return the individual to their inborn temperament. It is a key that will assist you to better understand your uniqueness and identify your individual strengths, weaknesses, and emotional needs. In addition, it helps you to understand why individuals do the things they do and act the way they act. It also identifies hidden problems that cause conflicts and offers solutions as to how to resolve them.
