We are a full service Design Builder in Brevard County, Florida. The two officers, Charles Clary and Renee Clary White, hold a total of three state certified construction licenses. These include a Building Contractor, a Roofing Contractor and a General Contractor license.
Our specialty is the addition and remodel/renovation of older homes. Many of our clients are water-front property owners who enjoy irreplaceable views but have older out-dated homes. Today’s clients seek new and custom kitchens, master bedroom & bathroom suites, technological theaters, game rooms and wine cellars, extensive outdoor living facilities and anything that is unique and custom designed specifically to fit their family’s needs.
A number of our clients are in need of accessible renovations to their homes. Whether it is an elderly parent moving in, a stroke victim trying to maintain independence, or a disabled family member, we have the experience necessary to design the facilities required for your loved one to enjoy the daily freedoms we all need.
We are also prepared and experienced in handling insurance claims. We use the same software as most of the major insurance companies in preparing the reports, and this eases the communications between the homeowner and the adjuster and helps the homeowner to see the highest potential of his policy benefits. We have rebuilt structures damaged from a multitude of destructive forces, including fire, smoke, wind, water, mold, vehicles, and termites.
We build a number of commercial structures each year as well. Office buildings, warehouses, community bath houses, and even gated entrances are regular listings on our project base.
