Hello we are Karen and Bob and we are the owners of Central Florida Disney Villa.

Central Florida Disney Villa is a self-catering vacation rental home in Central Florida. At Central Florida Disney Villa we pride ourselves on being a luxury 5 bedroom 3 bath home with a South facing pool. Being a self catering home all your needs are provided. The home has a full service kitchen, linens, towels,gameroom, Wi Fi Internet service, cable TV's, DVD & VHS players and much, much more. All you need to do is a quick trip to the new Publix grocery store and let the fun begin. The pool is 15x30 and is fully screened in and overlooks a pond, so there are no direct rear neighbors. So you can just relax under the lanai sipping cool drinks while watching the kids swim. There are various child safety precautions in place for the pool area.

What Central Florida Disney Villa has above all other rental homes is Location, Location,Location. Many homes claim to be 10 minutes from Walt Disney World we are 10 minutes from Walt Disney World. Central Florida Disney Villa located in the Champions Gate area is just minutes from the I-4 Interstate. By using the I-4 Interstate, which is the key to visiting the Central Florida area, you can bypass the heavily used US 27 and US 192. The Champions Gate area is home to two champion golf courses Champions Gate and Reunion. The palm tree lined streets, restaurants and shops make it a great alternative to the tourist traps of staying on the US 192. All this is just minutes from Central Florida Disney Villa.
