We, the Bail Bond Company assume responsibility of the full amount of the bail. For assuming this responsibility, we charge a low 10 percent fee. In criminal cases, the judge assigned often will set what is called a bond amount. That is where we step in. It is our responsibility to assure the court and the public that all court appearances are made.
