Dr. Jantz is a General Practice Physician and we try our absolute best to make sure that as our patients mecial needs are met 100%. In most case's when you call for an appointment we can get you in the same day and YES WE DO ACCEPT WALK INS. If you do not have insurance we have some of the lowest physician office visit rates in the State of Arizona and we will work with you to come up with a payment plan.
