The EncompassC3 Conferencing & Networking Center is proud to be a cut above your average convention center. We have been told we are unique to Omaha and we are certainly proud of that. We specialize in small to medium sized meetings, a distinction from the mega conventions and events centers that can distract and even overshadow a smaller group in large environments and doesn’t give you that smaller intimate meeting atmosphere. Also, coffee shops can be confining and at times noisy and without the privacy business people need. The larger Centers serve a particular clientele and service just as we do. We tend to think that we are more one on one with a hands on approach. We are totally committed to maximizing the productivity of smaller meetings (average size, 6 to 20 people) with dedicated, distraction-free conference space.
Our primary purpose is to look after the business community that needs support which are the small to medium sized businesses and entrepreneurs. Business people who are on the go day in day out need a place to meet with clients in a quite convenient place that has professional surroundings and the technical support that is quite economical. We provide everything for success. The rest is up to you with tools we help provide to you. Virtual or Satellite Offices are also available for the business that needs a professional address. A business phone number can be provided as well as space use in hourly increments.
We also welcome wedding receptions or showers and social events, conferences, networking meetings, training seminars etc.For meetings larger than 20 attendees, inquire about our affiliated meeting locations!
There are three parking lots affording ample parking for guests.
A bright reception area welcomes you into the facility. There are two hallways and a cut through hallway joining the two sides. The offices range from 10 x 12 to 14 x 14. We have one that is 17.5 x 17.5. Each office has oversized exterior windows for a welcome and bright feeling. We have three conference rooms. Two that are identical is size and are in the center of the space. One of the Conference rooms has comfortable seating with a sofa and black leather side chairs with a desk making it a convertible use space.
