About Euro depositions Services
Since October
1974, the Hague Convention on the Taking of Evidence Abroad in Civil
and Commercial Matters has been in force in Europe. Arrangements to
take evidence in Europe for use in civil cases before courts in North
America must therefore be made in accordance with the general
provisions of that Convention, and be subject to certain specific
provisions established by the European Government concern. Local laws
of procedure might apply if taken outside North-American Territory
(Embassy or Consulates) The Convention provides three means by which
evidence may be taken:
1. Letter Rogatory
2. Consular
3. Commissioner
We are a service for Consular depositions and as Commissioner for depositions named by the court.
