Since October 24, 1980, when the Village Inn became known as Gilly’s we have been very fortunate to have been patronized by many friendly and loyal customers. For your information this establishment was operated as Day’s Inn by Mrs. Day, beginning in the early 1930’s. The back bar was purchase at the 1939 World’s Fair in Flushing Meadows from the Schaffer Pavilion as well as the Circular bar.
