I have been going to Dr. Jaffe and Dr. Goldstein since March of 2011 and I have never found a more caring, professional, and welcoming institution. The office staff up front is always real, honest, and welcoming. The hygenists are unbelievably professional and take their time cleaning and make sure you get the best cleaning possible. Dr. Jaffe is intelligent, honest, and is very considerate about your needs as a patient. Just recently I looked into Invisalign, so I had the pleasure of becoming Dr. Goldstein's patient and he has absolutely blown me away. He is very intricate, very smart, and very friendly. I felt like he wanted what was best for me and he has given me the best options and as far as payments and everything has been more than accomodating. I have referred a few people to their office, and honestly believe this is the best place in the Novi area, if not all of Michigan. Anyone needing help with any problems should honestly visit this office as they will be professional, caring, and extremely accomodating to any needs financially or health-wise that you may need.
