 I have been looking for a good boxing fitness gym in Norristown since I moved to Pennsylvania and finally settled at Knock-Out Boxing and Fitness in Berwyn. It is a great environment to train in and the instructors are top notch. I have finally got rid of the bad habits I have picked up in other boxing and kickboxing gyms and have taken my training to the next level by live boxing classes and personal training. I would encourage anyone who is interested in loosing weight or learning a practical skill to stop by and check this gym out.
