Leading Change Company is a consulting firm that works one-on-one with organizations and individuals looking to maximize performance, leadership and fulfillment.  Leading Change Company specializes in leadership development, small business consulting, executive coaching and group dynamics.  Leading Change Company's tools range from organizational assessment, 360 degree feedback tools, Myers Briggs Type Indicator, team-building and communication workshops, developing leaders and coaching executives to be the best they can be. 

At its core, Leading Change Company seeks to inspire and transform the way individuals and businesses interact with the world.  Looking around today, it's easy to see that the way we've been doing things is not working all that well.  

Our culture has seen huge advances in science and technology and we are now wealthier than ever before.  Unfortunately this has come at the cost of our happiness and has lead to immense suffering for the majority.  Leading Change Company is about taking the good of our culture and leaving the rest behind.  It is about shaping our future towards the betterment of humanity. 

Around the Leading Change offices we ask fundamental questions like, what does it mean to be human and how do we best grow one?  What can we do to ease human suffering and bring about greater fulfillment for all?  These questions are at the core of everything we do, from working with individuals to bring about their dreams or while working with organizations to make them better places to be. 

Leading Change Company is as much a movement as it is a professional services consulting company.  We want to work with and shape the next generation of business and individuals who are committed to creating a better world for us all.
