Today we are living in a high stress environment. Some of us are facing work layoffs, financial problems, lack of insurance, and increased individual, family and work stress. Mentally and emotionally we are reacting to these stresses. In vulnerable individuals, depression, anxiety disorders and other psychiatric disorders can worsen or be set off by our life circumstances. We ask ourselves how are we going to cope and be more resilient with what we are facing in our life.


In my practice, we address both the psychiatric disorder and life tasks that promote healthy functioning. Medication management and psychotherapy are combined to enhance positive results in your psychiatric care. Your care is individualized to your specific needs.
