B-22 is a ground-level unit and has one bedroom, one bath, living room, dining area, and full kitchen. I keep it in tip-top shape, and I've recently had it painted and remodeled. It features cool tile floors, a modern, well-equipped kitchen, a new king-sized bed in its one bedroom, and an almost new queen sofabed in the living room. The kitchen was completely renovated in December 2006, as was the bathroom vanity and sink area. The tile shower has a seat and several petroglyph tiles. A washer and dryer are also in the condo. A shaded lanai (patio) is directly off of the living room. It faces directly onto Honokeana Cove and across the Maui channel, with sunset views of the islands of Lana'i and Moloka'i. and colorful Hawaiian fish swim in Honokeana Cove all year long. During the winter (December through April), whales cruise by, often surfacing within easy eye-sight.
