PHC Weight Loss & Wellness Centers has 28 years experience helping MEN, WOMEN & STUDENTS lose weight and learn to keep it off. Director, Donna Plants has lost more than 90 lbs. and has maintained it for more than 20 years. Most of the PHC Team Members have lost weight on the program . Programs are individualized for each client and come with customized meal plans based on client's lifestyle. The average weight loss varies and is dependent on age, sex, activity, past weight loss efforts, and medical history. Most women lose an average of 2-3 lbs. per week, most men lose 3-5lbs. per week and our students average 1-3lbs. per week. We offer programs with all REAL foods or alternate plans such as Medifast, Jump Start, Vegetarian, Simple Selections. Our experience and expertise allows us to suggest and implement the right program for each client. We see our client 1-2 times each week for personal and private counseling. These visits do not require an appointment on our counseling days, generally Mondays and Thursdays. We can accomodate other days by apppointment.This one on one connection for support, accountability, nutrition information, motivation and direction is what makes the PHC Program unique. You will not find what you find at PHC anywhere else...the compassion, understanding and direction you need. We often say "even if you know what to eat, you are not able to do this on your own...losing weight is difficult and you deserve the help". Programs include a prescription supplement that will help you metabolize more efficiently. This comes with you plan at no extra charge. We carry a complete line of exclusive weight loss products and health oriented supplements. This are optional but may enhance and speed your weight loss. Prior to beginning, you will have a complete lab workup, Physician review, and one on one program orientation.(included at no charge).
