About Perfect Fit Personal Training & Get Fit "Boot" Camp Facility
Get Fit "Boot" Camp was created to help you reach your health and fitness goals in a uniformed group training atmosphere that promotes safety, fun & camaraderie.
Everyone can participate in Get Fit "Boot" Camp because you work at your own fitness level. The workouts involve good old fashioned hard work utilizing your body weight, doing such things as push ups, lunges, squats, jogging and drills. This is PE class revisited. During weather permitting months classes will be offered outside so that involves heat and cold, be prepared, bring plenty of water and yoga mat.
Time efficient, affordable and challenging.
