A llittle about me- first and foremost, I love what I do and I feel lucky every day. I live in the Willamette Valley which is one of the most beautiful areas of the Pacific Northwest. I enjoy spontaneous road trips- wine tasting- hiking- spending time with my family-photography prop hunting (It’s like a treasure hunt!) and most of all capturing the moments that your family will treasure forever. As a photographer, I love not only the silly toothy grins, but also the serious expressions that can come from a child. I like to get down on their level to capture their free spirits and true personalities …..a sweet sleepy newborn, a silly toddler or the adventurous soul that’s hard to keep up with. It’s not surprising to see me acting like a big kid and having fun with your family. I strive to capture natural-looking expressions rather than forced grins and stiff poses. Children grow up so fast and we want to remember them as they were at that moment in time. My goal is to pause life for a minute and capture your loved ones the way they will want to be remembered……being themselves. Childhood is fleeting -Moments will pass-Memories will fade. As a photographer, it’s my mission to capture them. As a parent, it’s your nature to treasure them.
