Ingrown toenails are best treated with a simple excision of the offending portion of nail.  This is done by numbing the toe with a local anesthetic and removing the ingrown toenail.  It is often best treated by chemically deadening the nail root for a permanant correction.  The ingrown toenail procedure takes less than 5 minutes.  It is very satisfying!
