Consequently, PowerOne experienced 500% growth in its first year, meeting profitability within seven months. In 2003, Mr. Fawaz directed his 40-person team to a 750% increase in revenue in its third year of operation. Today, he continues to function as Chairman and CEO, as he navigates a 4-state expansion and an investment from a tier-1 global energy provider.
