About Rent A Gym
I offer a free consultationfor everyone interested in my program. I want to make sure that the coach - client relationship is compatible and I believe you are ready. My concern is to be at your disposal during your time in my program. Convenience is another concern. I conduct my sessions at the place of your choice ( home, office, park, etc.) and will be available to you via email and telephone. I will also follow your program from week to week, allowing me to assist you in the right direction to reaching your short and long term goals.
