With the market down, my team and I have actually had better business than last year, and Tomlinson Sandpoint Sotheby’s International Realty is the top brokerage in our area. We have over fifty websites with one named in the best four websites by Sandpoint Magazine. I host two local radio shows: North Idaho Business & North Idaho Arts & Adventure. In the last several years I've interviewed 100s of area leaders and business people, and helped my community grow. As a supporter of the arts I am closely aligned with Lakedance Film Festival and other area events. We also donate and fully support websites for other non-profits, like Bonner Healing Garden and Lost in the 50s. Our most recent undertaking was a year in the making, the 150 page booklet: The North Idaho Guide. Our community involvement helps our business grow, and as our business grows, we are better able to help our community. Because of our 24/7 commitment we make to our community and clients, we have become one of North Idaho’s most successful Real Estate Teams.
Born in Louisiana, I studied in Germany, then attended the University of Central Florida. I have been married 20 years to my beautiful wife, Terri, and moved here because Terri was recruited by Coldwater Creek, and is now their Import Logistics Manager. After spending several years marketing commercial real estate, I began renovating historic homes. My wife and I both went back to college in our 30s for accounting, but now I just wish I could balance my checkbook. Here in Sandpoint, we owned the town's busiest eatery: Walker's Donuts, then Wigley's Cafe & Bakery, serving 200-400 locals every day. In '97 I wrote the first of three books, Passion for Wine, published by UPG.
