About Sandy Hutchens
Sandy Hutchens was the first person to receive the P.L.L. designation from the Canadian Paralegal Association. Sandy was also the first and only paralegal in the province of Ontario to be granted permission to appear before the Divisional Court and Court of Appeal, representing tenants in matters to with fraud and scam situations as well as landlord tenant dispute matters. Over the course of his career, Sandy Hutchens conducted 3000 landlord and tenant trials, representing both tenants and landlords; and thousands more before the Small Claims Court and Traffic Court. In addition, he did represent women's shelters and their occupants in urgent family law matters before the Ontario Court of Justice, in Ontario, Canada.
In addition to his work, Sandy Hutchens is devoted to giving back to society. The list of charities that he supports (both financially and with his time) include Canadian Cancer Society, MS Society of Canada, Renascent Foundation, SPC
