The "Guest Favorite" Award is not something that can be applied for bought with an application fee. A B&B is selected based on a high volume of superior independent Guest Comments as well as high numeric ratings in categories like "Hospitality", "Food", "Atmosphere" and "Overall". Serenity B&B's average numeric score was 5 Stars out of 5 Stars in all categories. But 2012 was not the first time Serenity B&B won the coveted "Guest Favorite" Award. In 2011, Serenity B&B was also selected to receive the "Guest Favorite" Award.
