leader in the renewable energies field with solar pool heating, solar
domestic hot water and solar electric.
Vince
Biel, the owner of SOLAR TREK Inc., has been in the renewable energy
field for over 28 years. Supported by wife and co-owner Pat, SOLAR TREK,
Inc. has stood the test of time as many companies have come and gone.
Renewable energy to the Biel’s is a way of life not a passing fad. Vince
has acted as consultant and designer for several manufacturers because
of his knowledge and understanding of the dynamics of solar energy and
solar energy systems. Notable installations include the 1996 Olympics in
Atlanta, the Florida Governor’s mansion in 2007 and most recently,
representing FlaSEIA, the installation of Tallahassee’s first commercial
solar electric system. Pat is active giving back to the community as a
volunteer and sponsor of many community projects.
SOLAR TREK, Inc. is a state certified solar contractor. Solar is our only business!
We carry $1,000,000 in liability insurance and all of or employees are covered by workers comp.
We
never use subcontractors. All work is performed by trained SOLAR TREK,
Inc. staff. All of our employess have had backgroud checks and drug
screening.
We use only the best materials. We never use factory
seconds or blemished components. SOLAR TREK, Inc. is aligned with the
top suppliers of renewable systems in the world such as Kyocera, UniRac,
PV Powered, and A.E.T. and we are the exclusive dealer for Heliocol
solar pool panels in Marion, Alachua,Citrus and Sumter counties.
