The Yard Muay Thai

Welcome to The Yard. We are a fully-equipped Muay Thai kickboxing gym, with a ring, heavy bags, treadmills, weights and more. We have programs for fighters and fitness.

The Yard offers a flexible training schedule. Our unique training style allows you to workout when it's convenient for you. You get more individual attention and can learn at your own pace.

The Yard also has classes in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and MMA.
