Woodstock Mixed Martial Arts and Fitness teaches Mixed Martial Arts, fitness and self-defense to adults, children and families, improving self-confidence, discipline, coordination, strength, flexibility, weight loss, and sports performance.
Our MMA classes instruct students from age 7 thru adult in safe and effective Mixed Martial Arts techniques drawing from karate, judo, taekwondo, Muay Thai and Jiu Jitsu to create an incredible martial arts experience. Punches, Kicks, Elbows and Knee strikes are taught with Takedowns, Grappling and Submissions.
We also offer Fitness Kickboxing, utilizing full contact sparring techniques on the stand up bag together with MMA warm ups and exercises. Classes are great for beginners who have never thrown a punch as well as seasoned fighters looking for a great dynamic cardio workout.
Our Fitness BootCamp includes detailed nutritional guidelines as well as three 45 minute classes per week of a variety of exercises designed to get you in shape fast!
