The shows that regular physical exercise, such as that provided by Karate, is a strong factor as to why the Okinawan people live such long and healthy lives. At the Zen Martial Arts Center our instructors teach this ancient art to both children and adults. You will find students and instructors at the center to be friendly and helpful. Everyone is on a quest for personal development and will help you along the way as well. The instructors at the center are trained in the latest teaching techniques and are constantly on their own quest to be the best teachers and martial artists that they can be. They have been teaching children and adults for many years and pride themselves on their ability to mentor their students and bring out the best in them as they learn Okinawan Karate. The Center also organizes many events for students and their family and friends. Some events that we have done in the past are school picnics, movie nights, holiday parties, and theme-park trips. Students often describe being at Zen Martial Arts Center is like having an extended family.
