f.i.t. is a serious, yet unintimidating fitness center. We welcome the novice exerciser, and we challenge the seasoned athlete all in the same space, at the same time.
We are committed to helping you reach your goals, or to helping you find a goal to reach.
At f.i.t we believe that part of your road to success in leading a healthy lifestyle lies in having a support system around you, and we are here, instructors as well as members, to be that support system.
f.i.t. offers a wide variety of group fitness classes that are all taught in a multilevel fashion, so everyone is always left feeling accomplished. We offer Kickboxing, SPINNING, Zumba, Boot Camp, Muscle Conditioning, Yoga, Pilates, and much more.
Our instructors are all fully certified by the nation's most recognized fitness associations and are always up to date on their CPR certification.
