it's very important to know what your body want.
instead of giving it what you want. your body needs rest some time to recharge and do the daily routine.you will have to stop doing little things to achieve the fit life you want.
1-wakeup early get healthy breakfast (vegetables and fruits)
2-start with morning wokouts and do cardio alot
3-go to your work and smile to your mates this will help you still relaxed.
4-have light dinner don't take carbohydrates alot
5-do abs workouts
6-don't sleep late because it's affect your body health
