It is the cooked and processed food that is creating dental problems. Our intestine also fails to completely digest cooked and processed food. This inefficient digestion causes growth of bacteria and tooth odor.

1. All those foods and vegetables which may be consumed directly after plucking from plants, shrubs etc. have higher content of life power. Cucumber, watermelon etc comes under this category.
2. Vegetables with green leaves as methi, bathua, mint, dhania, cholai etc are also great food for body. These are rich in fiber and hence pure blood and refresh body.

4. To change your food from ordinary cooked food to Great food, one must tread carefully. Start with half cooked and half boiled food. After some time one can shift to total raw and uncooked food.
