Earlier this spring, Connexe, Inc., a Los Angeles based promotional products agency, announced its achievement of Product Safety Awareness status according to the Promotional Products Association International (PPAI). Through the Product Safety Awareness Program, Connexe has met or exceeded PPAI product safety training and education requirements.

PPAI’s Product Safety Awareness Program is part of the company’s vision to create confidence in promotional products as an advertising medium. In order for a company to achieve Product Safety Awareness by PPAI’s standards means that an employee of the business must complete four hours of product safety education. The program includes CAS Required Product Safety Basics, Prop 65 and State Regulations, and Undue Influence Training.
