Hermon is primarily a residential community, but it does have a small business center on a central street with charming shops and cafes. Despite it’s small size, Hermon has two schools and two city parks. One of the city parks is an off-leash dog park where families can enjoy watching their dogs play through the park.

Lincoln Heights is a small community, which sits on the east bank of the Los Angeles River just west of El Sereno. Lincoln Heights is one of the original neighborhoods in Los Angeles, so many of the buildings have a classic feel. It has about 13,000 residents in its 1.85 square mile radius, providing about 7,000 residents per square mile. The average age of Mount Washington is 33 with mostly Latinos and whites.
