Staysi Sill Antypas has been named Listing and Marketing Coordinator for preeminent Pasadena real estate agent Tracy King. King's firm specializes in listing homes for sale in Pasadena, Eagle Rock, Highland Park and other areas of Northeast Los Angeles.
Preeminent Pasadena real estate agent Tracy King, in association with Teles Properties, has announced that Staysi Sill Antypas has recently joined the firm's office as Listing and Marketing Coordinator. King's firm focuses on communities in Northeast Los Angeles, specializing in buying and selling homes in Highland Park, CA, Eagle Rock, Mt. Washington and other nearby areas.

"We are very pleased to add Staysi's ability, talent and personality to Team Tracy," stated Keely Myres, Jr. Partner of the distinguished firm. "With Staysi's proven marketing capabilities, coupled with her experience providing clients a high level of service, we expect that she will make an immediate impact in our operation."

Antypas originally earned her agent license in 2008, working briefly as an agent before having to put her real estate career on hold in order to start a family. She founded her own online "mom and baby" boutique specializing in eco-friendly products.

By utilizing her considerable marketing skills and expertise in social media, her online enterprise achieved success, allowing Antypas to become a stay-at-home mother. With her children finally in school, she is excited to return to her true and original passion - real estate.

"This is my dream job," states Antypas. "The Tracy King Team is all about dealing with clients on a very close and personal level, which enhances my ability to help the team to assist buyers and sellers through all the challenges and complexities of buying and selling properties. I definitely share their values of honesty, sincerity, integrity and passion."

Antypas began working with the Tracy King real estate team in September. Aside from her friendly and ever-helpful disposition, passion for working with people and knowledge of the local market, Staysi possesses a lot of enthusiasm for the communities that comprise Northeast Los Angeles, or NELA.

“Successfully representing buyers and sellers in these special neighborhoods requires special agents who really and truly appreciate these amazing homes in these amazing neighborhoods,” stated Myres. “In these areas, no two homes are ever alike. There is nothing formulaic. Only passion and appreciation drives an agent to be successful in this market and Staysi has that passion.”

Northeast Los Angeles real estate, a hot and active market and is typified by so-called "character homes" that include Victorian, craftsman, mission revival and mid-century styles. Neighborhoods in NELA include Eagle Rock, Highland Park, Glassell Park, Echo Park, Hermon, Garvanza, Montecito Heights and Mt. Washington.

Tracy King recently completed her 25th successful year as a real estate professional specializing in buying and selling homes with a depth of experience that makes her the only choice for both the first time home buyer and the seasoned real estate investor.
