The Honey Ladies
Our honey is ALWAYS 100% raw with just the basic filtration. What this means is we would never "extend" the honey with corn syrup or otherwise.
Honey comes from natural local floral sources across the San Francisco bay area. I may have many different types available depending on the season and demand. It also means my honey WILL crystallize if left in a cooler place in the house for any extended time. A cool place would be granite counter tops, tile, the garage, refrigerator etc. Some suggestions on storage would be in your windowsill where it can get sunlight everyday, next to the stove where you cook everyday, on top of the refrigerator many times can keep warm from the appliance running.
