FUNCTIONAL STRENGTH TRAINING: One of the greatest benefits of exercise is increasing strength. Ideally the strength isn't arbitrary numbers in the gym though- It also improves your ability move and perform in the world outside the gym. Functional Strength Training builds real, full-body,and multi-directional strength useful in both everyday life and sports.
MOBILITY: Being able to move through the full possible range of motion with control defines mobility. Not just flexibility, but flexibility with purpose. Learn to move both more freely and more deliberately with mobility training.
CORRECTIVE EXERCISE: Almost everyone has some limitations in movement, and occasional pain from past injury and over- or under- use of their body. This includes too much time sitting at a computer or emphasis on a single sport. I can work with people who don't need medical help but still need expert guidance to improve their condition.
HIGH INTENSITY INTERVAL TRAINING (HIIT): High-Intensity Interval Training is an exercise strategy that alternates between short intervals of simple but challenging exercises and rest.
