3 Month Fitness & Nutrition Coaching Program

After completing a strategy session with Liz she will know if this is a good fit for you. Next, you will fill out a couple of forms and she will create a personalized fitness and nutrition program. Every other week Liz will do a 20 minute coaching call to empower you with creating these new fitness and nutrition healthy habits. Each month Liz will create you a new fitness and nutrition program for a minimum of 3 months or until your reach your goals.
This program is great for someone who doesn't need someone 24/7 to babysit their every move or has a hard time keeping their promises. This is for someone who is committed to lose weight (or put on muscle mass) and is willing to follow Liz's coaching.
