Embroidery machine? Thread? Take it easy, Here let’s talk about how to improve the quality of embroidery digitizing result. At first, you need consider of the embroidered fabric and shape of the pattern. If the embroidered design deformed, you would consider using shrinkage compensation to make the design sew correct. , or fabric need to be stitched to achieve stability. Using automatic step down, shrinkage compensation, short stitches, fine-tuning numerical and intelligent corner to achieve the effect of embroidery smooth, uniform, and eliminate the gap in embroidery digitizing design, here explain below.
1. Using automatic underlay stitch.
Use the underlay stitch to stabilize the fabric or prevent the embroidery thread to fall into the fabric. The best type of stitch depends on the material used, shape, size and filling stitch type. Larger area, such as pique knit fabrics, Bump fabrics or stretch fabric need more underlay stitch than smaller area such as twill, leather or canvas.
2. Using shrinkage compensation
