When you completed a embroidery digitizing file and sew through embroidery machine, you might found the result effect was not good usually, there were much difference from the original art. When you open the embroidery digitizing file through digitizing software, you would see the computer look of the design was the same as original art. You might confuse what the problem? Embroidery machine? Thread? Take it easy, Here let’s talk about how to improve the quality of embroidery digitizing result. At first, you need consider of the embroidered fabric and shape of the pattern. If the embroidered design deformed, you would consider using shrinkage compensation to make the design sew correct. , or fabric need to be stitched to achieve stability. Using automatic step down, shrinkage compensation, short stitches, fine-tuning numerical and intelligent corner to achieve the effect of embroidery smooth, uniform, and eliminate the gap in embroidery digitizing design, here explain below.
1. Using automatic underlay stitch.
Use the underlay stitch to stabilize the fabric or prevent the embroidery thread to fall into the fabric. The best type of stitch depends on the material used, shape, size and filling stitch type. Larger area, such as pique knit fabrics, Bump fabrics or stretch fabric need more underlay stitch than smaller area such as twill, leather or canvas.
2. Using shrinkage compensation
The fabric will pull inwards where the embroidery needle sew on fabric (shrink towards the embroidery needle.) This could make the fabric wrinkled, at the same time, the fabric will have clearance. Shrinkage compensation automatically is on the both sides of embroidery fabric "excessive embroidery" fill in needle shape of contour line, so automatic shrinkage compensation can offset the wrinkled and produce clearance bad results.
Experienced digitizer could set the object overlap when digitize a logo (i.e., when stroke edge tracing a bit bigger), use the m斜角接缝拐角anual method for shrinkage compensation.

3. Minimize the stitch on the curve or corner of the uplift
You can also use a fine numerical or short stitch to reduce stitch uplift. Sharp external line will lead to stitch along the inner edge uplift. When the embroidery this shape, will cause embroidery thread broken. The longer the stitch, the more serious of this problem.
4. Reduce stitch uplift on angle point.
Shape of the Angle points make the stitch and stitch point uplift, and formed a hard part on the fabric, and also damage the fabric or broken sewing needle. Using smart corner can help you in the input A and C object to control angle point. There are two types: Bevel joint corner and hat corner.
5. Adjust the stitch density
Using stitch processor to adjust the stitch density when zoom or not. When using different fabrics or embroider thread, or in order to reduce the production cost, that will make you have to reduce the stitch count of embroidery digitizing file.
6. Split or keep long stitch
Sometimes, stitch is too long, you can use the automatic segmentation stitch to divide long stitch into short stitch, and make the stitch points randomly distributed, make them not formed distinct lines on looking or easy to break thread in the embroidery.
By using automatic jump stitch, the stitch is divided into a series of long jump stitches, you can keep long stitch in the object. If stitch exceeds maximum framework, then move distance, and no selected automatically jump stitch, stitch will be split up into smaller stitch. This will affect the appearance of embroidery products, especially on using satin stitch.
