We conduct a treadmill test while figuring out your four workout zones based on your heart rate. Most places simply use an outdated formula (220-age etc) where we will actually personalize your cardio workouts based on your body.
The test will take less than 30 minutes and will never get as hard as a stress test, as we only need to get you up to your anaerobic threshold.
After conducting your evaluation we will email you sample interval workouts for you to follow based on your current heart's needs.
