Small Group Training– Please check our Class schedule on our website for new classes always being added. This is a group training program designed to pay close attention to you as an individual by having small class sizes and having a trainer get to know you and your needs and issues. We are not a box gym where you can get lost in the crowd with improper form potentially hurting yourself. We keep a close eye on your form and create workouts modified for each individual if necessary.
