Fuse Foundations is Fuse Pilates, taken down a notch or two. This beginner-level class operates the same as our regular Fuse Pilates mat class, but with more focus on beginner variations and exercises to build strength and stamina to get you primed for our more challenging classes. Don’t worry — we still make sure we challenge you to the core.

Push Prep is a special all-levels Prenatal Pilates Circuit class developed for moms-to-be where we’ll focus on preparing you for the combination of strength and relaxation (yes, we said relaxation) that your body requires to deliver a baby.
This all-level mat class is focused on our students who like to pound the pavement (or just run to to the occasional meeting).
Fuse Reformer combines the traditional with the far-from-traditional, taking you through a total body workout on one of Pilates favorite, and most famous, apparatus.

Fuse Pilates, the original Fuse class, is a flowing mat class, choreographed on the spot, to music, around three body parts as requested by the students.
