Push Prep is a special all-levels Prenatal Pilates Circuit class developed for moms-to-be. Here, we’ll focus on preparing you for the combination of strength and relaxation (yes, we said relaxation) that your body requires to deliver a baby. The class is safe for the majority of prenatal clients. If you have experienced complications, please check with the teacher prior to signing up for class. If Push Prep is not on the schedule (due a limited number of prenatal clients), feel free to attend a Level 1 Reformer or Circuit class (just let the teacher know you’re expecting!), and they’ll offer you appropriate modifications. Push Prep Mat offers the same benefits as our Circuit class at our mat class price. This class is appropriate for students – new to Fuse and not – during all three trimesters, as well as for those students easing back into working out post-partum.
