IMPORTANT ROOM INFORMATION Thank you for choosing the Windsor Park Hotel! We are grateful for the opportunity to serve you and to help make your visit to Washington, DC a most pleasant experience. Take a minute to review the information below and refer to it during your stay or PLEASE dial “0” so the Front Desk can help. ____________________________________________________________________________ CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST: Available every morning on the Lobby Level, from 6:30 AM to 9:00 AM (M – F) and 7:00 AM to 9:30 AM on Saturday and Sunday. There is additional seating and a Microwave in the Vending Area. TELEVISION: Use the Remote only. Press the TV button, then the Power button (be sure the TV comes on). Press the CABLE button, then the Power button (be sure the CABLE BOX comes on) - THEN – From there set the Volume/Channel of your choice and enjoy our expanded selection of channels (including HBO). HEATING/AC SYSTEM: There are two parts to this system. You have a thermostat on the wall for setting the temperature and a radiator that blows the air. To set the strength of the blower there is a dial under the metal plate on the left upper part of the radiator. Please keep in mind that we have Central Heating and AC so these are turned on according to the season. There will be AC in the Spring/Summer and heat in the Fall/Winter. PHONE SYSTEM: Dial “9” for outside line and then the number. Long Distance calls dial “9-1” and then the number. Outside the USA, dial “9-011” then the number. Local calls are free but Long Distance will be charged according to the calls time. VOICE MAIL MESSAGES: If the Message light on your phone is glowing then you may have a message in your Voice Mail. To retrieve the message first Dial “770”. The prompt will ask you for an “Extension and Pound Sign”. Your extension is your room number (example: 622#). The prompt will then ask for a “Password and Pound Sign”. Your Password is your room number twice (example: 622622#). Follow the prompts instructions from this point. WIRELESS INTERNET ACCESS: You should be able to access the Internet with your electronic device from any location in the hotel. The Network and the Password for your floor are on the back of this paper. COMPUTER USE: There are two computer stations located on the Lobby Level for hotel guests. Password: wp2008 WAKEUP CALLS: Dial “0” with your request. CHECK-OUT TIME: 12 Noon.
