It’s been said that unless you’re born with speed you’ll never be fast enough. We are here to show you that’s a myth. Year after year we help athletes become faster and stronger. The most common pitfall we see in slower athletes is the lack of proper technique. So, the question is how do you acquire the correct technique? Having a personal trainer is great! However, often times you may not have the resources to pay a trainer or may not be able to train with one. That’s where we can help you. Our goal is to help provide you the tools you need to practice correct technique and get faster. So, for about the cost of attending a speed clinic you can train yourself over and again using you own personal equipment and instructional DVD. Whatever your sport, this instructional series will teach you and re-teach you until you ultimately begin forming the correct habits you need to maximize your SPEED. As you practice these exercises, you will begin to strengthen the muscles that are essential in building speed. Included in this kit are: (2) Two Ballistic Response Ladder (5) Five 8″ to 12” Adjustable Performance Hurdles (1) One Speed Parachute (1) One Speed Harness (1) One Reaction Ball (1) Power Stepper Ankle Resistance Band (20) Agility Cones (1) Heavy Duty All In One Carrying Bag (1) One Instructional Training DVD Our Ballistic Response Ladder is heavy duty and very forgiving if you step on the side of the ladder. It doesn’t move as easy as a cheep flat rung ladder, so you are not having to constantly move it back into place. This is really helpful if you are doing repetitive drills or if more than one person is using it at the same time. It has twenty fixed round rungs for 19 stepping spaces to enhance your foot speed, agility, focus, and change-of-direction skill. The ladder is 10 yards long, and separates with buckles to form two ladders that are each 5 yards long. It is the most popular piece of training equipment we sell. Just roll it out and go! The adjustable 8″ to 12” Performance Hurdles are best for teaching proper knee lift, generating force with the leg, explosive plyometrics, with variable degrees of adjustable difficulty. The Speed Parachute is an XL 54”and creates the drag necessary to force athletes to push themselves harder to achieve speed. The easy step-in belt was added based on athlete feedback, allowing you to get right to your workout without stopping to adjust buckles. The Speed Harness is resistance training at its finest! It maximizes your force application, power, running mechanics & acceleration. All the things that make you a powerhouse. Hook it to a sled, tire, or other weighted object for use alone, or have a partner provide varying degrees or resistance for more sport-specific applications. The Reaction Ball is a unique 6-sided design is the liveliest and most erratic ball available! The random bouncing helps the athlete focus on moving with their opponents and reacting to unpredictable variables. The Power Stepper Ankle Resistance Band helps develop a strong first-step quickness and targets the hard to isolate inner and outer twitch thigh muscles. The extra long padded ankle cuffs are accommodated with quick change velcro connectors. The Agility Cones help improve acceleration, deceleration and change direction. They build precise timing and body control ideal for agility training drills. They are durable and will not break when stepped on. Use them to mark your distance and direction.

Sportspeed Agility Hurdles

One of the most important components to be a better athlete in your sport is to be fast. Speed is not only important in track and field or other running events, but also in baseball, basketball, football, and virtually any other sport. Speed is not achieved overnight, but through training and hard work. There are several training methods that focus on the improvement of speed and one is training with hurdles.

Sportspeed Agility Cones

Want to improve agility, reaction time, and hand-eye coordination while having fun at the same time? Think it’s not possible to incorporate fun in your gruelling day-to-day training? A reaction ball would do all that for you and more! Despite its name, a reaction ball is not like a common spherical ball. but it is a mold of a number of spherical balls. It is fairly easy to incorporate during training, but the drills themselves are harder than they look.

Sports Speed Ladder

Ever wondered how Michael Jordan could perform his signature shot perfectly? Does he think about every step in order to perform flawlessly? When interviewed and asking him what he thinks during a perfectly executed lay up, he just responded with, “I don’t know, I just do it.” With this, we could say that routines and actions executed during a game are deeply ingrained into athletes to the extent they do not have to consciously think about their every move.

Speed Parachute

Parachute training is difficult for some athletes, but studies have shown that training with a chute enhances speed by 3.3% compared to those who did not use a chute. Those who did train with chutes had an improvement rate of 1.8% at 0-20- meter runs. The same improvement has been observed at distances of 20-25 meters.
