Our after school programs are designed by professional martial arts instructors to help children of all ages in all aspects of their life. Just like other martial arts activities, we focus on developing character, discipline, respect and physical conditioning. WHY BRAZILIAN JIU-JITSU IS THE BEST FOR YOUR KIDS? Different than other martial arts activities for kids like taekwondo, karate, we don’t teach how to punch or kick, since this often does more harm than good. Instead, we use leverage-based control holds to neutralize threats without violence. All the techniques are purely defensive and utilize no strikes.
