I know how inconvenient going to the gym can be. Not only are they crowded, but they can also be extremely intimidating. I will bring the Fitness directly to you, whether it be your home, office, park or local club house. Lyndsay Ogden Fitness is all about helping you reach your goals at your convenience! I love mixing up workouts with High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), strength training, conditioning, and more. My indoor and outdoor workouts vary each session to keep your body guessing.  I provide lots of fun equipment during my sessions. In training you will conquer battle ropes, race through agility ladders, play with tires, and so much more! Unlike at a gym, all equipment provided is dedicated especially to you. Let's have fun, and let's get fit!
