We target the whole body using explosive plyometric movements. Plyometric exercises are high-intensity, forceful moves designed to increase muscle speed and power. Originally used in training drills for athletes. Plyometrics are defined as exercises that exert the most force possible in the shortest amount of time which often translates to jumping. All of the exercises can be modified to lower impact alternatives for beginners and for those who suffer from problem knees or backs. Our full body workouts target the abs, legs, glutes, and even the upper body to help burn fat and maintain muscle mass. Interval training is a great way to tone and tighten the body while also losing fat in your problem areas.
