Free Introductory Workout & Assessment

Ready to check us out? We invite you to book a free introductory workout and assessment. You will get a chance to try CrossFit for Free by getting a fun and challenging workout. You’ll also have all questions answered about our program and pricing. If you decide on continuing with us, new athletes must enroll in our CrossFit Elements Course. We meet 3 times per week at 6:45pm on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday. This private course allows new athletes to learn CrossFit fundamentals in a comfortable small class environment. Each session will end in a workout that helps prepare you for the group workouts that our experienced members perform. After you've completed the Elements course, we invite you to join us in the group classes! We offer plans to fit any schedule.
