Personal training is customized 1:1 focused workout plan. We start with a indepth assessment of your goals, eating habits, and health history all with the plan for you to LOVE YOUR BODY. Personal training has it’s advantages and disadvantages. The main advantage is the 1:1 interaction where all my focus and attention is on you. While that is a advantage it’s also a disadvantage. In group fitness (2 or more people) my attention is divided so and you have the opportunity to not give 100%. Personal training is designed to equip you with the training so that you can one day do it on your own.
