Our Scope of Service We take pride in the attention to detail provided in our annual pest control package. Below is a listing of our typical scope of service. Attic/Crawlspace: Rodents and large roaches are the most common pests found in attics and crawlspaces. If our inspection indicates evidence of either, we’ll apply a light broadcast dusting and/or install rodent bait boxes in both areas. Exterior Perimeter Treatment: To significantly reduce the pest population around the exterior foundation, a general surface spray and crack and crevice treatment is applied to and around the home’s foundation. Depending on the product applied, season, and target pest; the treatment area around the perimeter will range from 1-6 feet. Most treatment visits, however, will be applied three feet up and out from the foundation. Additionally, to ensure longer lasting treatments, a granular bait will be applied around the exterior foundation during the initial and each routine visit. Interior Treatment: An Interior treatment is performed during the initial visit. Plumbing voids, windows, corners, kitchen cabinets, bath cabinets, sinks and drains are the standard treatment areas, but unique infestations may require other areas of the home to be treated. At our customer’s request, Titus Pest Control will perform an interior treatment during a routine service. Pests Covered in our Annual and One-Time services include: Ants, Roaches, Earwigs, Fleas, Millipedes, Ticks, Silverfish, Spiders, Centipedes, Springtails, Mice, Scorpions, Rats, Wasps, Hornets, and Yellowjackets.
