Transition Awareness with Focus on Gifts, Goals, and Dreams
Georgia Asperger's Organization
Social, Disabilities, Life Skills
Georgia Asperger’s Organization’s B.A.S.S. (Barrow Asperger’s Syndrome Support) Group and T.A.P. (Transition Awareness Program) Club were created for your family/member to develop their social, communication, and self determination skills while hopefully cultivating some genuine friendships along the way.
You play an important role in the development and success of independence for your self/family. We offer a group setting for self discovery, self determination, learning of life skills, and independence. Once these skills are mastered, they will be able to more successfully maneuver through the maze of an ever changing community and world that we share and that they make complete with their uniqueness and intelligence as well as their hopes and dreams.
